At R.H. Pardy Moving & Storage LTD, we take great pride in the quality of our moving services and are committed to minimising any issues during the moving process.
Nonetheless, it is important to recognise that your belongings are subject to various inherent risks while in transit or storage, which are beyond our control.
As such, our limited liability in the event of loss or damage is capped at £50,000. Should you require coverage above this amount, we can accommodate increased insurance liability for an additional fee.
Limit of Liability – In cases where goods are packed by the owner, or if no insurance declaration of value is provided, or if you opt out of insurance coverage, our liability for any loss or damage due to negligence or breach of contract is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, up to a maximum of £40 per item.
